In reply to Shena. Yes Shena. You have to download and print the form. It's not possible online to enter information on the form. You can use Adobe Reader to open and print the file.

I would like to ask the form should be manually filled or online? I can see the form which I downloaded is not able to type it online, to assume this is to be done manually? Could you please confirm this to me? Many thanks.

In reply to Maricel Mac Isaac. You have to ask the Consulate Maricel, since only the resident of Alberta and Saskatchewan can be accommodated based on the consular jurisdiction.

I live in Newfoundland and am cooking in Calgary during the Christmas holidays. Can I make an appointment and have my Philippine passport renewed there instead of a 15 hour round trip from my home in Newfoundland
