Hello, I am here in Washington States and planning to renew my Philippine passport that will expire in April. Is it possible to renew my passport here in Canada? Also how do I do that, do I need a visa to get there. We are few hours away by car to get to Canada since we are very close to Vancouver from Washington States. Immediate response will gladly appreciate. Thanks !

Carolyn, my family recently renewed passports at the Consulate in Vancouver. Please correct your statement that says that one family can have one envelope only. All applicants, including minor, are required to provide individual envelopes.
