In reply to Madelienne. Hi Madelienne. I'm not sure if you'll get a reply from PDG Calgary since a lot of people have the same complain with their communication approach. You can refer to the link on the post for the updates. I guess they are strict on ONLY providing service to the applicants on the list. If you can't come in Calgary, keep on checking the blog for positive updates.

Hi, i’ve been trying to send an email last july at calgarypcg@gmail.com to confirm an appointment pero no response. I tried to call din sa office nila pero puro ring lang or message box is full. I’m a resident in Regina. Just now, nalaman ko na meron outreach program dito this coming aug 23 & 24, pero for listed applicants lang. Is there any way po ba na makasingit kami (my family of three) for appointment this coming august? 😒

Hello po. I just wondered if the email address calgarypcg@gmail.com for making appointments on passport renewal working? I emailed 3x since May 16, 2017 and never got a reply. It is frustrating because i would like to make an appointment for July but i am not recieving any reply at all. I tried to call there phone numbers but it says voice mail box is full so unable to take me message. I am in Edmonton and if possible i would prefer to make an appointment rather than walk-in. Any idea what to do? Just in case i do walk-in, can i be served before the day ends or am i coming back the next day again?
