My Christmas-Gift List Is Almost Done

Updated on October 24, 2020 by Carolyn Leave a Comment

Hunting for Christmas gifts way before December is a success, in many ways.

Primarily, I learn even more about the art of giving. I know somehow that even with my simple gifts, I can make them smile.

By just the thought of it I’m already in a bliss.

Buying ahead is also a great way of evading stress. I was able to choose carefully and able to wait for the best gift that comes with the most affordable deal.

So great quality comes with great savings. How did I do that?

Sears

Just a few weeks before the closure of Sears in a mall I was able to visit and spot apparel with a known brand. I bought one for a friend as a gift and for myself, of course.

If you are up to a shopping spree then might as well go to CrossIron Mills where you can shop in myriad of stores.

Quite often every time I go there, I was able to buy clothes on sale. Just be reminded that it isn’t your typical shopping mall. Wear comfy shoes for a long walk.

Online Shopping

Shopping online is the easiest and fun as well. You can save much in buying gadgets in Amazon.ca and this coming Black Friday I can cross out the name of my not-so techie friend in the list.

My latest discovery is Mountain Equipment Co-op (MEC). I like how fast the merchandise was delivered. And also I’m taking a peek every now and then in the clearance of outdoor gear.

My next stop is gift wrapping. That I can do in a jiffy.

I like to hear how you’re doing with your Christmas shopping in malls or online.
